If you are at the conference, and want to 'do' dinner Friday night, what about meeting by the registration desks at 7pm to walk somewhere to eat? I'll wear a button with a flashing red light on it, but no, I won't be wearing my lei or my new tissue paper hat.
If you want to meet for lunch or to visit a museum, give me a call and we can see what we can work out. There's a good little diner/deli 1/2 block away. The hotel restaurant is too pricey, at $8 for a bowl of soup and $18 for a hamburger. YIKES!

AWESOME! so glad you are enjoying it. Doesn't compare to NYSATA. I will be around friday but going to the big screen plaza at 6:30 to see my student's art. see you!

ReplyDeleteThe conference was so much fun! In the excitement, I forgot that I might be arting it up with a fellow blogger. I remember seeing you Thursday night at the Hat's Off event. So, even though we technically didn't meet in person, I think it's amazing to know we shared the same space!
