It's still winter!

Thought I'd share a few photos from the last few snowy days!
 The storm - Wednesday
My own abominable snowman?
And the day after the storm - Thursday
my honey shoveled us out
And today - Friday
I took a stroll around Hovey Pond

  1. Beautiful photos! I have the same snow piles in my own driveway! The pictures of around the pond reminds me ohw pretty snow is... ( I'm so tired of it already though! ) :)

    1. Yes, I believe I saw your photos, too. I think you got more snow than we did. We missed the first of last week's two snows completely. Passed us right by! If only, in a day or two, it wouldn't get so ugly and dirty looking on the streets. Yuck.

  2. And sadly my kids spent the day "sledding" down a dirt hill since we haven't had more than 2" all winter.

  3. Love seeing all those "after the snow" photos -- so crisp and clear. I especially love the one with the shadow of the bench:))

    1. Thank you. I took SO many pictures. I had a heck of a time picking just a few to post. There's probably 100 more still waiting for a little editing TLC.

  4. While in America you are all having a harsh winter, here in Europe we have had one of the warmest winters since 1938. We haven't seen any snow this year. My garden is full of weeds. I hope our spring won't be delayed by late snowfall and freezing temperatures. I think many plants won't know what hits them if it does happen. Snow is beautiful though...

    1. I think I heard a big snowstorm is coming your way. But I could be totally mistaken. Anyhow - the weather really isn't as crazy as we think. I looked back on photos from previous February's, and have found crazy snow photos from the last 2 or 3 years, at least!

    2. And, on top of that, I was married in February 26 years ago, and we had a BLIZZARD. My hubby had to shovel me out to get to the wedding! And being the crazy people we are, where did we to for our honeymoon? Further north, to Montreal!
