Ch-ch-ch-changes

I've been fooling around with my blog tonight. (These photos have nothing to do with this post; I just like posting photos of pretty bugs and flowers.) Hopefully you will let me know what you think. I was getting pretty tired of those polka dots. But I get terrified of screwing it up (I've done that before) so I'm doing my transformation in baby steps.

I know I have to change the header eventually, since, after all, I no longer have an art room and therefore my dragon is NOT in my art room, or any art room for that manner. She's in the bunk room at our lakeside cabin, just hanging out, waiting to be given some attention. But to change the header I need to figure out how to do it without my son here to help me like he did last time around.

And I need to change my tabs. I added those pages ages ago and never really did much with them. Hopefully I can update and change them this summer. Stick with me, please? And feel free to express your opinions openly. I need help!

  2. On my computer, the side margins look beautiful. I like the photos of the embroidered cloth and the beaded fringe dangles. You are doing a fine job on your changes so far.

    1. Glad to hear that. It looks OK on my PC but now on my iPad you can't see those pretty margins at all :-( it is just plain powder blue with a wee line of the design and nothing more. Don't know how to fix it.

  3. I just noticed you changed the photo on your blog! My hair is about the same length as yours, but I would kill for that color! You are so lucky to have it turn such a beautiful shade. I'm still struggling through the half and half phase! Your kitty looks so happy to have you home for good! Hope your summer days are filled with peace and relaxation so you can be ready for all of your free time this fall! Ha!

    1. Ha! You noticed! I actually changed the photo a couple of weeks ago but you are the first to notice. My hair has grown even more. I almost cut it but changed my mind at last minute. I'm wishing it would get long enough to braid, but not yet.
