I'm a failure at transforming my blog

I am very frustrated. Tonight I tried to download a new template for my blog, to solve the problem with people who can no longer leave comments, and it made all my followers and my list of blogs I like, and my photo and personal info disappear. So in distress (it is way past my bedtime) I tried to put it back. But my heading with my sweet dragon Lucy (in the photo above) and imbedded title are gone. So this will have to do for tonight. It's a temporary solution at best, until I can find someone (my son? Please Ben give me a few minutes tomorrow?) who can figure it out and fix it.

In the meantime, thanks for sticking with me!

  1. I know what you are going through. I changed mine about 20 times. Every time I did, nothing would be where I wanted it and things would disappear. Make sure when you "edit HTML" to always "Download your full template" before adding a new one. That way you won't lose all your stuff. If you don't like what you add, just upload the old one. Hope that helps.

  2. I'm sorry. That is so frustrating. I like the look of this red background.

  3. Thanks for the link. It will take a while to choose one! I've already tried to figure out the HTML thing for hours but I think I need a class or two or three.
